Is The NFL Fixed?

Superbowl XL and the playoffs were just unbelievable

TIME TO SPEAK OUT - The media is doing everything they can to divert our attention away from the Official's performance at the superbowl (and the playoffs).  The NFL's response to the poor officiating was worse than the on field calls by the refs.  As a true fan of the game...I cannot sit back and let this go without speaking out.

All NFL fans welcome to Subscibe, join in...or just add your comments.  This includes the fans of the world champs as well...they also suffered though some bad calls this championship season.

I have received e-mails about the Patriots Ravens game....

It seems the Refs were favoring the Pats on a few crucial calls down the stretch.  Coincidence?  I really do not think so.  I think the NFL wants the Pats to go underfeated...it makes their product better.  What product am I talking about you may ask...THE NFL NETWORK.  There is a little battle between the NFL Network and the cable companies...NFL wants to be on the standard cable package...cable does not want to include it.  I am really not taking sides on this one here...billionaires v. billioniares....but I know the NFL wants to win this one.  Hmm...The final game of the seaon for the Pats...it's against the Giants!  Where you ask???? On the NFL network.  What a great send off to the NFL networks' season...The Pats go for 16-0 ....which can be seen only on the NFL network.   Coincidence?   Nope.

Here's another perspective of the fix being in. The only part of the country the NFL doesn't have total dominance of the sports scene is New England. After 3 Superbowls, the Patriots still play 2nd fiddle to the Red Sox. So what's the next step? Of course, create a historic team!!!! Combine this with the development of the NFL Network and you get a game like last night against the Giants. Other then the Raven's game and of course the infamous Oakland tuck/fumble, I can't think of a better example of manipulated games. Illegal formation on the the 3 yard line leads to a 1st down on the 6 yard line? Thats a penalty?. Not to mention throwing to Moss the play before in that kind of coverage. An actual pass interference play. And was i the only one who called the exact same pass going to Moss again after he dropped the 1st one? There's too much money to be made now. The NFL can't be this perfect. Somebodies going to crack soon. Mark my words.

Maybe someone needs to monitor the refs back accounts. No way were the Pats going to lose that game.

i watch the NFL with the same regard as the WWE...it's fun to watch but blatantly fake. pretty lame considering the sport was once unpredictable and exciting to watch and the WWE has always been fake.

it is sad, i dont however agree that the league is trying to hook new englanders to the sport, patriot fans are fantatical, i also dont think the players fix the games, that can be easily done by the league (commisioner) and the refs, im a pats fan and i had no interest in this past season because i saw it was fixed, after week one i was telling everyone who would listen that the giants were going to beat the pats in the superbowl, and the season before that i said that the colts were going to win, when i came to the conclusion that the NFL was fixed it was like telling a 5 year old santa isent real, i guess we still have college football assuming thats still pure

I'm pleased that there are smart people out there who begin to question the authenticity of these games. It is an insult to the fans when they watch a game that it is fixed.

It is a multi Billion dollar business. Someone is controlling it, that being the Ref's with one call at a crucial time they can swing the balance of the game. It is very obvious to me. my deal is I have been a faithful fan for my entire life and I keep getting sucked back in only to have my heart ripped out by these so called "officials" People i tell this too call me crazy or laugh at me and say that I probably think the WWF is real (as a matter of fact when i confronted Jerry Glanville he had that exact same response to me) Think about it people say the NFL cannot be fixed because everyone would have to be in on it. my challenge to that is everyone is not in on it that is why it is the best kept secret, Only the refs have to be in on it to control the marketing of the game. Think of it this way a CEO leaving profit margins to chance in a business. not a sound business practice. Watch the game there is holding on almost every play in the NFL depending on what market they need to prop up gets the calls at pivotal times. One or two calls in the game can swing it so it isn't as obvious to the fanatics. GOD WHY DO I STILL WATCH AND HOPE
